Lunchtime Snack Ideas & Tips
- TACTICAL FOODPACK
All-day meals that can be quickly repackaged with cold water. They are very balanced and tasty. The pack is delivered in an insulated container that can be left in the 4×4.
- Canned salads (salad bowls)
- Energy bars – For snacking
- Seeds (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.)
- Dried fruits (apricots, figs, raisins, etc.)
- POM’POTES: practical and easy to carry
- BRING ENOUGH WATER
Buy water bottles for each participant (avoids cross-contamination) or use a Camelbak to allow you to easily quench your thirst (inside the 4×4).
Bring an insulated water bottle.
Zippered freezer bags: To protect your clothes, phones, cameras, etc.
Insulated bag/lunch box: Keeps food cool (even without an ice pack) or warm for 4 to 6 hours, depending on the model.

- 1 5 m towing strap

- Compressor and pressure gauge (inflation and deflation)
Safety kit:
- 1 10-liter jerrycan (water) + 1 10-liter jerrycan (fuel)
- Signaling kit (triangles, vests)
- 1 2-kilogram fire extinguisher
Miscellaneous:
- 1 map of Morocco + 1 compass
- 1 lighter + 1 multi-function knife
IMPORTANT: Provide 2 USB sockets to power your phone and other devices + Install a power cable from the battery with a 3A fuse at the head and arriving at the dashboard on the passenger side
